The Dispatch menu allows you to deliver items that you have received. You may also allow customers to pick up items and sign for them. The Dispatch menu also allows you to print tally sheets for signature and close out items that have been delivered or picked up. To begin, select either Delivery or Pickup.
The Dispatch menu also shows a grid, listing all of the shipments you have dispatched. This allows you to select shipments to look at or make changes to shipments that haven't been closed out. Double click on an item in the grid to select it. You may use the search bar above the grid to quickly search for certain items.
