Archive Data

This function creates an archive file of your AMS data. A zip file will be created on your computer, based on the installation location of AMS. An example of a location for this file is: C:\Users\Public\AMSTAC\LocaldataArchiveZips\AMS4Backups_2015-07-01T163320.zip

To create an archive:

1. Select Data Maintenance and Archive Data.
2. Select the number of Days to retain data and then select the Archive Data button.
3. Your archive file will be created. A message will appear once the process is complete.
4. The archive data screen will display the number of records that have been archived. Select Exit when you are finished.
