Search
The Search function allows you to quickly locate data.
- You may click on the question mark to the right of the search box to read the list of search terms. A
search term is used to tell AMS what you're looking for. For example, if you're looking for a TCN that starts with
W68CR789, you would enter T=W68CR789 in the box.
- If you need to search data that has been archived, you can add the @
symbol to the beginning of your search. For example, if you're looking for an archived TCN that
starts with W68CR789, you would enter @T=W68CR789 in the box.

- Enter C = 442813 for container

To search AMS:
- Enter your search terms in the box and click on the magnifying glass to the right of the box.
- If found, your results will be displayed.
- Once you select your record, you will see the following buttons:
- Data Change History - This button is active if there have been changes made
to this record. Selecting this will display a report showing which field(s) were changed.
- Additional Details - This button allows you to see more details. You can switch
between tabs to see details for the Shipping Unit, Line Items,
or Shipment Type Data. You can also print an MSL with the
Print MSL button.
- Print - This button displays a report showing you the more details about the
record.
